Pennsylvania, where there as many puppy mills as people, is not known for animal compassion so maybe this is an opportunity to do something positive for animals by making sure this woman receives something more than a slap on the wrist. Instead of encouraging animal abuse by ignoring it PA needs to go after losers like this and administer justice for abused, used and exploited animals like these.
Well said, Jo. I used to liven PA. That was over 30 years ago, much has changed. State laws are not working. There is no enforcement of the laws. Judges, DA’s, Prosecutors, and Jurors must speak up for those who can not speak for themselves. I feel we have the EPA, ESA, and other agencies as Federal Protection but states do not protect their animals or wildlife. Killing contests are allowed, serving no purpose, meant for deranged and mentally challenged foos in need of entertainment. People are killing for no reason and we will not have wildlife and animals to help us through this climate crises. This woman is the worst of humanity. She needs to be in prison for a long time and never to be around any animals for the rest of her sorry life. As you do unto others will be done unto you! A fair slogan!
