The more of these articles I read the stronger I believe the only way to deal with these kind of sick deviant people is an eye for an eye punishment. I stood up people on India and their street dogs but there appears to be a minority who think it is entertaining to beat a mother dog to death, leaving her.puppies to die of starvation.
