PETITION LETTER:

Dear Montgomery County District Attorney,

I am writing to express deep concern and urge you to take action regarding a recent animal abuse case in your jurisdiction. A video from Montgomery County appears to show a smaller dog being brutally attacked by several larger ones. This incident, which has caused public outrage, demands your immediate attention and action.

The situation at the property on South Hall Drive, where this incident reportedly took place, is alarming. According to the Houston SPCA, multiple dogs rescued from the site showed signs of abuse and medical neglect. The homeowners, despite claiming to be animal lovers, must be held accountable for what appears to be a grave oversight at best and intentional neglect or abuse at worst.

In light of these circumstances, I strongly urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that those responsible face appropriate legal consequences. The community trusts in your commitment to justice and animal welfare. We look forward to seeing justice served in this disturbing case.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. Look the laws in my damn hometown should put these bastards behind bars and the bars I’m talking about is at the Huntsville prison where they belong with the prisoners

  2. Jaime Perez says:

These horrible monsters need to be taken out of society before they harm any more innocent animals! What a disgusting pair of freaks.

  3. The DA does nothing. Texas is second only to Florida, where, I live, to being a lawless state. Our legal system is broken and nothing is being done about it. Shame on our legal system. In case you are unaware, we live in a society built on laws to keep the peace and allow us to live together within boundaries. Yet a video is made showing a small dog being attacked by several larger dogs.I guess the video was going to YouTube, Facebook on Tick-tock, who knows? What is apparent is there is no legal assistance, no investigation and no throwing these vile persons in jail to wait for a court date. Why not? WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO MAIME AND KILL, THEN WALK AWAY AFTER STEALING MONEY TO EVEN PRETEND TO BE AN ANIMAL ORGANIZATION? ONE DAY I HOPE LAW AND ORDER IS ACTUALLY RETURNED TO THIS LAND, NOT THE GOP TYPE OF LIES BUT TRULY LAW AND ORDER TO PROTECT THE INNOCENT. THAT IS NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK.
