Yorkie Dog Reportedly Kicked and Thrown Against Building Deserves Justice

Target: Marian Ryan, District Attorney of Middlesex County, Massachusetts

Goal: Ensure rigorous prosecution and maximum penalty for the individual accused of cruelly attacking Rex, the Yorkie dog.

In the early hours of December 29th, a horrific act of animal cruelty was allegedly captured on security cameras at 127-133 Westford St. Kimberly Hernandez, 30, stands accused of brutally assaulting a Yorkie dog named Rex. The footage reportedly shows Hernandez hitting, kicking, and throwing Rex against a building in a disturbing display of violence. This shocking incident, which reportedly culminates in Rex being violently hurled into the air, has caused widespread outrage. Rex’s suffering demands a strong legal response.

Further details reveal that Hernandez allegedly removed Rex from a parked car by his neck and continued her assault. The dog, evidently in pain and fear, was later rescued by authorities and taken to Westford Animal Hospital. Hernandez, after admitting to the allegations and attributing her actions to personal issues and alcohol consumption, was charged with animal cruelty. This case appears to highlight a heinous disregard for animal welfare and underscores the need for stringent legal consequences to deter such actions in the future.

The apparent gravity of this case calls for an uncompromising stance against animal cruelty. Ensure that the allegations against Hernandez are met with the full force of the law. Rex, and animals like him, deserve justice. Their protection from such egregious acts of violence is paramount. This case is a stark reminder of the vulnerability of animals and the necessity of robust legal safeguards to protect them. Take immediate action.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney Marian Ryan,

We are writing to express our profound distress and demand action regarding the alleged brutal attack on a Yorkie dog named Rex in Lowell, Massachusetts. The details reported from this case paint a picture of extreme cruelty and callousness towards an innocent animal. It is alleged that Kimberly Hernandez, in a wanton act of violence, attacked Rex, subjecting him to unbearable pain and fear. This act, apparently captured on security footage, has deeply affected the community and animal advocates alike.

We urge your office to pursue this case with the utmost seriousness. The alleged actions of Hernandez should be addressed with the strongest legal response available. Animal cruelty of this magnitude is not only a violation of law but a profound moral failing. Our legal system must reflect the severity of such acts through rigorous prosecution and application of the maximum penalty possible.

In closing, we implore you to act decisively. Rex’s reported suffering must not be in vain. Let this case serve as an unwavering statement against animal cruelty, affirming our society’s commitment to the protection and ethical treatment of all animals. We trust in your commitment to justice and look forward to seeing a resolution that honors the seriousness of these allegations.

This disgusting pos monster needs to be beat with a steel bat! If she’s having issues, seek help, don’t take it out on an innocent animal!! Freaking ho-bag!

  3. Attorney Ryan,
Most of us would never think this could happen in Mass. Rex is a little dog and yet this woman did a lot of damage to little Rex. This woman was drunk? Maybe or maybe not, but she was evil. A full grown adult attacking a tiny dog. The same needs to be done other. She won’t stop until she is hurt in a memorable manner. She needs to pay all medical bills, rehoming bills, and any other concern with helping Rex readjust.
IF she can’t pay take her savings, a lean on her home, her car, anything of value. She must never be near an animal or own an animal for the rest of her miserable life. And I hope she is not a mother. She should be taken and slammed against a building, hit, punched, and then left with no help. She is a disgrace to humanity
