Not long ago it was a woman who attacked cattle with acid. Now it is a person or persons who attacked 22 dogs with acid. What hell to do to any living thing. If the same were done to those who use acid to deliberately hurt … they would remember the pain that never goes away and the scars which stay for a lifetime. Are people really so evil?
A person who commits this type of crime knowingly need mental assistance. They are a danger to others and society in general. They may be too damaged to return to normal behavior.
Such braven, cruel and senseless acts. Animal lives are as important as humans. Please protect them and send this jerk to prison max penalties, max jailterm, hefty fine and 3 strokes of the can!
