Richmond is accountable. If he is guilty he needs to face the law. Hopefully the strict standard of the law! He is a coward! He did this to a puppy without regret. He should be damned.He is not human and is inhumane.
He needs prison. He also needs to never be allowed near animals for the rest of his tragic life.
