Target: Jeff Landry, Attorney General of Louisiana

Goal: Ensure thorough prosecution for the alleged animal abuse case in Beauregard, reflecting societal condemnation of such acts.

In Beauregard, an alarming case has surfaced, involving allegations of animal sexual abuse. Richard Gene Moralez, 44, reportedly engaged in acts of animal sexual abuse, profoundly disturbing both law enforcement and the community. Such acts, if proven true, represent not only a violation of legal statutes but also a deep moral transgression against defenseless creatures.

The specifics of the allegations reveal a troubling scenario. Moralez allegedly filmed another person with an animal on two occasions, and these acts were discovered during a comprehensive investigation by local law enforcement and the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office. The severity and nature of these allegations underscore a need for a robust response from the legal system. This case serves as a painful reminder of the vulnerability of animals and the necessity for their protection under the law.

This case requires prompt and serious attention from the legal authorities. As a community, we must stand against such alleged cruelty and ensure that the legal system responds appropriately. The allegations against Moralez, if substantiated, demand a strong legal response.

This is atrocious behaviour. I would like to see these two individuals, if the allegations are in fact true, be given the harshest penalty. Their lack of respect and the thought that what they were doing is acceptable is disgusting! I am appauled by their actions. They knew exactly what they were doing and to be filming such acts so others can view is even more disturbing.
For heaven’s sake, let the population understand and know this is not acceptable.

Shove a big rusty pipe up their asses and leave them!

  3. Jeff – please do the job you were hired to do and prosecute this uneducated POS Richard Gene Moralez to the fullest extent allowed under Louisiana law! There is no room in today’s society for people who engage in animal rape. This asshole needs to be removed from the gene pool…

“Beauregard man faces 51 child porn charges, 4 counts of sexual abuse of animal.” What a disgusting piece of garbage that deserves to go away for life! A living devil.

  5. This man has slipped through the lines of the law? Apparently so and for a while at that. This is a true monster. He was protected instead of legally required to face the pain and torture he has caused, and without stopping he went on to do the same actions and worse. This man can’t live in a decent society, can’t follow rules or laws and continues to do the actions which are not tolerated in a society. I don’t want him living in our society. He sin’t capable of being decent. This man needs prison for the rest of his life. When he commits his dirty deeds he wounds others and their families as well. HE needs to sit and think bout what hell he coursed to others and look at a blank wall for the rest of his life.
