I know two homeless people who feeds stray cat and one who treats his dog like a king. Rescue group helps them with pet food. And they never ask for any food for themselves. When i did see them i did bring protein bars and they were so grateful.

This petition is a joke! Who gives a shit about squirrels! That was sarcasm. I fed my garden squirrel Stubby for 5 years. Stubby because he lost half his tail. He came closer and closer to me as years went by. Stubby and my feral cat Bootsy even ate near each other. My feral was afraid of him. But even my feral cat tolerated him. I am heartbroken that i do not see Stubby anymore.

Terence – Cape Town has a responsibility to protect that part of the Animal Kingdom that reside there, regardless of how you choose to classify them. These innocent squirrels are sentient beings, as are all animals, and they need protection against those humans who choose to torture them.
