Some of the comments beggar their writers ability to read…It was a child and hanging or harsh punishment is not gonna happen. Enlarging rules snd penalties for adults to be responsible for their children as well as themselves for pets regardless of who owns or doesn’t own them would make changes. So glad Kiri may walk dear one.

Animal cruelty sadly extremely severe for this poor kitty must be addressed or things will never ever change as we all see every single day more and more horrific abuses are being committed against innocent animals and why is that? Obviously there’s a deeper problem that needs to be immediately addressed I would start with the parents then the weak legal system that turns their heads or just gives a slap on the hands like that does any good way more must be done now! This is in the Middle East. There is unbelievable savagery and brutality there; children are taught to hate and kill PEOPLE, in addition to animals, in that part of the world.
They have a LONG WAY TO GO to be civilized over there and I’m not so sure they really give a damn about a cat.
This is also an example of what that child must live with on a daily basis for it to believe that violence towards anyone or anything is acceptable and opens a darker door of the environment the child must live in that taught it that violence should be accepted whether a person or animal deserves it. Child protective services should be involved in cases of children who abuse animals or other children.
