This woman deserves no mercy. A selfish act of such horror needs to be addressed by the courts. Give her a trial and force her to pay for all medical costs in medical care for the owners. Finally if prison is called for make the length in years to serve as an example that cruelty to any animals can end in this for you should you attempt to harm animals.
