It doesn’t just happen in India. Recently an 18 year old in the states handcuffed a cat with tiny handcuffs. And for 6 months tortured him/her . He used a pencil on the cat sexually, then cut off part of her cheek and then her tongue and finally raped the cat and then flung it out of the window where somebody picked its dead body up and took it to the police and the young man was charged. Let’s see what the judge gives him. When the police asked him why he handcuffed the poor cat. He replied that he was placing it under arrest. This man scares the hell out of me because what will he do next as I do not think he will ever stop no matter what the penalty. I phoned the Sheriffs office in the US to tell them how horrified I was and hope he gets the maximum.
