Such materials, showcasing unimaginable cruelty towards animals, are not only morally repugnant but also explicitly illegal.

This federal offense encompasses any action where animals are intentionally harmed for entertainment or pleasure. Florida is not the best example of human beings doing the right and compassionate action. Especially in this case. There seems to be enough proof to help seal this case. Devilbiss and all her associates need to not live in a moral and decent society. She is the slime of the human race. I appreciate your title but I would appreciate action more. Detain these perps in prison. We have a legal system in America but no justice system. People e such as these must go to court, face the legal system and the legal system must not be bought off. Time delays these cases and releases the scourge out on to the streets to hurt, torture and kill more animals for mentally sick people to watch. These sick souls need to be locked in a mental institution and not living freely on the streets. The one thing which would help is to have each of these people suffer the torture they used on animals. Let them feel how it is to be crushed. If anything should suffer it is the people involved in these videos. Why not make videos of them screaming while being tortured? Might sell more videos! Scum.
