Dogs Reportedly Found Dead, Liquefied and Crammed in Freezers Deserve Justice

Target: Mr. Richard K. Jones, Sheriff of Butler County, Ohio, United States

Goal: Demand an immediate and thorough investigation into the allegedly deplorable conditions and mistreatment of dogs at an animal rescue.

An appalling incident of animal cruelty has apparently been uncovered at the Helping Hands for Furry Paws animal rescue in Madison Township, Ohio. The Butler County Sheriff’s Office, during a rescue operation, reportedly found at least 30 dead dogs and dozens of living dogs living in deplorable conditions that have been described as “the most horrible they have ever seen.”

Dog wardens, acting on reports of animal neglect, reportedly seized 90 living dogs and puppies from the rescue facility. Shockingly, at least 30 additional dogs were allegedly found dead in various states of decomposition, crammed into five different refrigerators and freezers, some of which were non-functional.

The surviving dogs, including adult dogs and puppies, were reportedly confined to several structures on two separate properties. One of these structures, a single garage, housed more than 25 dogs with allegedly no proper ventilation or air conditioning, resulting in an indoor temperature of 89 degrees.

Sign below and demand a thorough investigation into this case so that justice may be served.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Mr. Richard K. Jones,

We are writing to express our deep concern and outrage regarding the appalling conditions and mistreatment of dogs apparently found at Helping Hands for Furry Paws animal rescue in Madison Township, Ohio. The discovery of at least 30 dead dogs and dozens of living dogs living in deplorable conditions has deeply shocked and saddened us.

We request to take immediate and decisive action by launching a thorough investigation into this case. The alleged mistreatment and neglect of these innocent animals demands justice and accountability for those responsible for their suffering.

The conditions these dogs were subjected to are reportedly a grave violation of ethical principles and animal welfare laws. The apparent loss of so many lives and the suffering of those who survived underscores the urgency and seriousness of this situation. We demand that all available resources and efforts be devoted to investigating and charging the individuals responsible for this seemingly heinous act of cruelty.

Moreover, we call upon you to work with relevant authorities to implement comprehensive measures to safeguard the welfare of animals in rescue facilities across Butler County. It is crucial to ensure that such incidents of animal cruelty are prevented and that rescue organizations adhere to the highest standards of care for the animals under their guardianship.

Sincerely,

Kill this bastard who did this. Not enough done. Leave them in a cage to die no food water see how it feels. The world is so cruel. And something needs to be done. PUT THESE DEVIL MONSTERS in front of the FIRING SQUAD!!!! Animals shall not be victims of DEHUMANIZED and DESENSITIZED SADISTIC PSYCHOPATHS!!! Crimes committed against defenseless animals are increasingly GROTESQUE because the punishment for animal abuse is not severe enough, and in many cases does not exist. A slap on the wrist is a MOCKERY of animal victims. These satanic pathological human monsters must be severely punished, MAX JAIL or DEATH PENALTY! They must also be forbidden from coming near animals ever again.
SET a PRECEDENT, and punish to the full extent of the law!

  3. MAN is regressing at a rapid rate . . . the treatment of all life is viewed as a joke, something that is disposable. Our species has so much to account for.

May these poor dogs cross over into God’s kingdom.

  5. Therese Kutscheid says:

How in all the world can a human do something like that to an animal? It makes me sick.
I hope those scum bags will get the taste out their own medicine and I hope it will be slowly and painfully.

Nothing but prison for these abusive pieces of crap!

  7. What is so horrifying is the fact this was a rescue? Who was supposed to be overseeing this place or all rescues? This has happened far too often people need to pay big time! To torture to cruelly starve to death to abuse in any way shape or form any animal is sick you have to be mentally unstable to do these things period! Severe penalties need to be given or this will never stop and everyone knows this but for some reason these cases are swept under the rug, why? Those who allow this behavior in our judicial system is just as guilty as these sick perpetrators! Stop this now everyone knows there’s already proof there is a link between animal abusers and child abusers get it together end this now protect the innocent animals and children that depend on us for love companionship food a warm home and lots of hugs and kisses!

This was no rescue, it was a living nightmare for these poor animals. Those responsible for this need to be prosecuted to the maximum extent the law allows. Why did it take so long for law enforcement to check on what was going on here. If they had acted sooner a lot of dogs could have been spared a horrible death.

  10. Helping Hands for Furry Paws was certainly no animal rescue, rather a a deplorable chamber of horrors and the means to a miserable suffering and death. Please honor the surviving dogs and all the animals also the memory of the ones who fought so desperately to survive but could not, by aggressively and thoroughly investigating this quote, the most horrible that they have ever seen,” by animal law enforcement officers. Let no stone be unturned and make the guilty pay to the maximum penalty punishment possible as there is absolutely no none zero excuse for this extreme level of the ultimate cruelty inflicted by so-called humane animal rescue people who are placed into a position of authority to only care and provide care for the most vulnerable and innocent among us. Prosecute the ones who placed them in charge also. Thanks.

  11. Stephanie Geyser says:

I wonder how much money this sham rescue shelter was earning from public donations, while the animals (supposedly in their care) were suffering and dying? Why don’t the bogus “rescuers” at “Helping Hands for Furry Paws” get PROPER jobs, and earn PROPER wages, like the rest of us do – instead of cheating and defrauding the caring public of their hard-earned cash? It seems to me that the only “helping” that “Helping Hands” was doing, was helping THEMSELVES to the donations meant for the animals.

  12. Mary Hirose says:

Maximum punishment please!! Also, a lifetime ban is needed: from owning, caring for, possessing, and from residing in any house where ANY animal is present.
They need to forfeit ALL animals currently in their possession, and also PAY back costs for ALL veterinary care if applicable. Let’s be serious about saving animals’ lives. Thank you.

  13. Shirley Lemieux says:

It is a complete betrayal of trust to the public. The general public perceives animal rescues as people helping animals. But this case is anything but. There should be stricter requirements to becoming a “rescue”. Rescues like Helping Hands for Furry Paws gives other animal rescues a bad name. This is a horrible crime and let us hope that this rescue get charged for every deceased animal found on the property.

  14. Cheryl Miller says:

Sicko cruel loser scammers!!! I hope they rot in jail and never ever allow them animals again!!!!
Those poor innocent puppies and dogs!!!!
These scumbags deserve every penalty and cost for their cruel actions!!!

  15. Jaime Perez says:

I get so sick of hearing things like this about people claiming to be “rescue organizations” when they’re only in it for the money. They don’t care about the welfare of the animals they take in. When are places like this going to be monitored? And if they are not what they claim to be, shut them down and punish the monsters who run them! Too many innocent animals end up suffering because of pure greed.

  16. Cram all those stupid bastards in freezer and let them all die slowly me I would love to just line all those that did this in a line and start shooting them one by one cause the laws are not gonna do anything about this cause the judges will let them go with a slap on there wrist

  17. These low life human garbage must be removed from society they do not deserve the oxygen that they breathe.

  18. A ONE word reply to this segment….
