The African elephant is facing numerous threats to its survival, including habitat loss, poaching, and human-wildlife conflict. Without immediate action, the African elephant could become extinct in the near future, which would have significant ecological, cultural, and economic impacts on Kenya and the world.

To protect the African elephant, we need to address the root causes of habitat loss, including deforestation, agricultural expansion, and infrastructure development. We also need to strengthen law enforcement and anti-poaching measures to combat the illegal trade in elephant ivory.
