Dozens of Reportedly Dead, Injured, Freezing and Starved Farm Animals Deserve Justice

Target: Hancock County Prosecutor Brent Eaton
Goal: Seek maximum penalty for people accused of neglecting countless farm animals.

Kids in a school bus driving past a farm apparently noticed “multiple deceased and decaying animals.” When this was reported to authorities, police investigated and apparently discovered a horrific scene of abuse and neglect.

Dozens of apparently abused goats, cattle, mules, chickens were found in tragic conditions. Some of the animals were dead, some were injured, some had frostbite, and some were in the process of starving to death.

All told, there were between 100-115 animals found on the property.

When police walked around the owner’s house, they apparently observed “a very strong odor of… animal urine” and there were numerous large flies buzzing around the home.

The barn where the animals lived apparently had moldy hay and numerous safety hazards, making the location unsafe for humans or animals.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Prosecutor Eaton,

Farm animals deserve protections, just like household pets. Unfortunately, that is often not the case in our society.

When police walked around the owner’s house, they apparently observed “a very strong odor of… animal urine” and there were numerous large flies buzzing around the home.

The barn where the animals lived apparently had moldy hay and numerous safety hazards, making the location unsafe for humans or animals.

We understand that you’ve pressed charges against the individuals accused of abusing these animals. However, please make sure you seek a fair and just punishment if they are found guilty, and not just a slap on the wrist.

Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]

  1. Throw these f*ckers in jail – this is just wrong in every sense of the word. No animal deserves to be treated like this OMG all humans owe the kindness and care deserving to all animals. The law system needs to be changed – these god damn slaps on the wrist are a f*cking joke – throw the useless pieces of shit in jail – no food, no water, no heat – give them some of their own back.

Each and every animal on this farm deserve dignity, respect and kindness. Obviously, the owner(s) did not think so.
Were there circumstances which prevented the owners not to seek help for the animals welfare and their living arrangements? Was this a case of neglect and not caring?
These individuals accused deserve the harshest penalty. I agree whole heartily a slap on the wrist will not make this right!

HOW DO THESE MONSTERS END UP WITH ALL THESE ANIMALS?? BACKGROUND CHECKS SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE LETTING ANYONE HAVE ANY ANIMALS;I JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW NEIGHBORS JUST IGNORED THIS. PROSECUTE THIS MONSTER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
