Just because the animal being abused in this case is not a large animal, doesn’t mean that the apparent crime should go unpunished. Please ensure that charges are brought against the person accused of this abuse and that a stiff penalty is sought.

This sweet little parrot. What is wrong with a human’s thought process? Some people seem to think it’s all about themselves and they can do whatever they want not just to their fellow beings but to animals. At least a human can make a conscious choice of what is right and what is wrong an animal cannot. Perhaps it’s best this person stay away from owning any animal.

These types of people are repeat offenders. They have done it once and will do it again and they likely treat humans the same way too.
