Goal: Seek maximum penalty for man accused of sexually abusing, torturing, and killing his pet cat.
A cat was reportedly restrained, sexually assaulted, and then tortured to death by her owner.
Evidence of this reported sexual assault came to light when a third party brought the deceased cat to the Asbury Park Police Department headquarters. While it was clear that severe abuse appeared to have occurred, it was the Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Humane Law Enforcement Division that identified the cat’s owner, who was later arrested.
The owner, who is only 18-years-old, has been charged with animal cruelty by tormenting, torturing or unnecessarily or cruelly abusing a living animal resulting in its death and animal cruelty by using or causing or procuring the use of an animal or creature in any kind of sexual manner.

Animal abusers are often released on small bonds and then often receive minimal sentences. Please don’t allow either to happen in this case. Please seek the maximum bond and maximum punishment available for this alleged crime.

I read several articles and what this monster did to this innocent, sweet cat and it is beyond repulsive, cruel and violent. This little cat suffered beyond our imagination. Her suffering began in December until the day she died in extreme pain. This monster cut off part of her jaw and handcuffed her arms behind her back. This monster deserves the death penalty. Gas the monster slowly after this thing is castrated by a dull knife slowly. Ugly monster turd with his stupid vile lawyer making excuses for the monster. This is beyond my comprehension. Due to his being 18 he may get off for a first time offense. This crime should not be dealt with lightly. He may be young, but he needs mental evaluation. He also needs to serve time in prison. I doubt a court appearance would be likely as a jury would not find in his favor. Sex with an animal needs to be taken seriously as this man is an obvious danger to society. I can’t imagine his parents didn’t notice his behavior, his actions, or know of his personality disorder. I am distraught by the agony this cat endured, the suffering and the pain of this brutal attack on this innocent animal.
