Target: Michael C. O’Malley, Cuyahoga County, Ohio Prosecutor
Goal: Ensure immediate apprehension and prosecution of the individual accused of abandoning dogs without food or water inside a residence.
Authorities have intensified the search for a woman wanted on multiple counts of companion animal cruelty after allegations emerged that several dogs were abandoned inside a residence without access to food or water. Rescuers reportedly found the animals suffering from severe physical deterioration before emergency intervention by animal control officers.
The suspect allegedly failed to appear for scheduled court hearings and is currently considered a fugitive. Animal shelters caring for the rescued dogs began specialized “refeeding” therapy to stabilize the animals after prolonged deprivation. Law enforcement officials are actively seeking public assistance to locate the suspect and move the criminal case forward.
If substantiated, these allegations would represent prolonged neglect causing severe suffering to dependent animals unable to escape confinement. Strong legal action is necessary not only to ensure accountability but also to reinforce the seriousness of abandoning vulnerable animals without access to basic necessities for survival.
PETITION LETTER:
Dear Prosecutor O’Malley,
Authorities have reported that several dogs were abandoned inside a residence without adequate food or water, resulting in severe physical deterioration before rescue efforts took place. The suspect reportedly failed to appear in court and remains wanted by law enforcement authorities.
The rescued animals allegedly required intensive medical care and carefully monitored feeding programs because of the severity of their reported condition. If proven, the alleged conduct would represent extreme neglect and prolonged suffering inflicted on vulnerable animals.
We urge your office to continue pursuing this case aggressively and seek maximum penalties against any individual found responsible. If substantiated, these alleged acts warrant decisive prosecution and meaningful accountability.
Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]
