Despite these reports, the dog remains in Mr. Archer’s care, and concerns for its well-being persist.

Animal cruelty is a serious offense that not only harms innocent animals but also poses a concern for community safety. It is imperative that authorities take immediate and decisive action to investigate these allegations thoroughly. Ensure that those responsible for animal abuse are held accountable.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear MP Double,

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding reports of alleged animal cruelty involving a man named Lee Archer from St Austell, Cornwall. According to news articles and disturbing doorbell camera footage, Mr. Archer was allegedly seen kicking and whipping his dog during walks, causing the animal visible distress and pain.

A neighbor has reportedly witnessed multiple instances of this alleged abuse and has brought them to the attention of both the Devon and Cornwall Police and the RSPCA. Despite these reports, the dog remains in Mr. Archer’s care, and the alleged mistreatment may be ongoing.

Animal cruelty is a grave matter that demands prompt and thorough investigation. The welfare of the dog is of paramount importance, and it is essential that appropriate action is taken to ensure its safety and well-being. Additionally, holding individuals accountable for such actions serves as a deterrent and reinforces the seriousness with which society views animal welfare.

I urge the RSPCA to conduct a comprehensive investigation into this matter and to take all necessary steps to protect the animal involved. Please consider the evidence presented, including the video footage, and act following the laws and regulations designed to prevent animal cruelty.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. Lesley Rodgers says:

The RSPCA are very eager to run a TV advert showing cruelly treated dogs and cats being taken into care, but a LOT LESS eager to actually do that when no cameras are rolling! SHAME on the RSPCA and the police for leaving that poor abused dog with its abuser despite irrefutable proof!
I urge people to BOYCOTT that RSPCA and do not donate any money to it as it is receiving donations under false pretences. Whenever I have reported animals in trouble to the RSPCA over the years, their telephone operators ALWAYS refused to do anything about it. I believe they are trained to refuse to help so as to keep the costs down. They spend most of their money on fancy head offices, high salaries, expensive cars, TV adverts, etc. Each regional branch must raise enough money to send to the head office for the ‘privilege’ of operating a regional branch – what a nasty, money grabbing organisation the RSPCA really is. By the way, in the 1970’s i did some work for free for them because I had certain expertise, so I was not anti RSPCA until I discovered what they were really like.

  2. Poor innocent dog is living in fear day in day out! Please rescue the poor baby immediately and rehome him/her! No sentient being deserves such ill treatment and disrespect! Jail this cruel perp and ban him from keeping pets permanently! RSPCA and police, do your job, you have the power to stop animal abuse!
