America has a broken legal system. The Courts do nothing! This man needs to suffer the way he purposefully allowed his dog to suffer. What a monster! But acts like this continue until the criminal is made to suffer what he made his victims suffer. This man allowed Baby Girl to starve. She was described as malnourished. If that wasn’t enough he allowed her to have fleas which is an easy pest to eliminate. This POS just liked watching his dog suffer. Now it’s his turn.Put hm in jail, limit all food and deliberately infect this POS with feels, poisons ivy, or anything else that brings misery. Then allow him to bake in it! After a month or two remove him. The memory will always last in hhis mind. If he tortures again, he’ll know what is coming for him. He deserves ni less than the worst! Give it to him.
