Target: Michelle Henry, Attorney General of Pennsylvania
Goal: Urge Attorney General Henry to thoroughly investigate the case, prosecute the perpetrators, and promote stronger enforcement of animal cruelty laws.
In a deeply unsettling incident, seven pit bull puppies, aged 6-8 weeks, were discovered dead near the ninth hole of Ingleside Golf Course in Caln Township, Chester County. The discovery has prompted an animal cruelty investigation. Authorities suspect the puppies were placed at the site within 12-18 hours before being found.
Despite the implementation of Pennsylvania’s anti-cruelty law, Libre’s Law, in 2017, which aims to strengthen legal protections for animals, there have been over 52,000 cases of animal abuse reported since its enactment. This case underscores the urgent need for continued vigilance, enforcement, and public awareness to combat animal cruelty effectively. Take immediate action.
PETITION LETTER:
Dear Attorney General Michelle Henry,
I am writing to express my profound concern regarding the discovery of seven deceased pit bull puppies at Ingleside Golf Course in Caln Township, Pennsylvania. This tragic incident has rightly sparked an animal cruelty investigation.
Although Pennsylvania’s Libre’s Law was enacted in 2017 to enhance the legal protections for animals, the persistent reports of animal abuse highlight the necessity for rigorous enforcement and heightened public awareness. The distressing circumstances surrounding the death of these puppies demand a thorough investigation and stringent prosecution of those responsible.
As the Pennsylvania Attorney General, your leadership is crucial in ensuring justice is served in this case. I urge you to prioritize this investigation, bring the perpetrators to justice, and reinforce the importance of animal welfare laws. Your decisive action will send a powerful message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated in our state.
Sincerely,

I hope that justice will be served and that the individuals responsible for this will face the consequences they deserve.
When you don’t spay and neuter pets and you let anyone run a backyard breeding facility and puppy mills are rampant in your state then this is the result. Shame on PA, a virtual hell on earth for animals. Find these jerks and prosecute them and jail them and use them as an example. Oh, and hey, how about enforcing what few animal welfare laws you do have?
America is the land of law and order but no justice! This may not read well but it is the truth! We have a broken legal system, a corrupt Supreme Court, thus these needless attacks keep happening. PA used to be a nice state. No so these days. Maybe corruption is there? I do feel animals have rights but we need America to have laws of protection. Alas, few care. We need harsher laws and we need to enforce them. Humans can be the lowest form of animals life on earth. PA has laws and even a special law as of 2017 for animals. Enforce it! Investigate, find the perps and prosecute! Stop the lawless PA we keep reading about. Protect animals!
