Is this the best of humanity? This sad story shows a severe lack of empathy and responsibility towards animals. These criminals walk among us showing no respect but are cowards when it comes to hiding their cruelty. Please fins this person and allow the law to give the poor dog justice. This was deliberate, hateful, and tragic. There are options if a dog is no longer wanted but a death of suffering and pain is not an option.
Someone, several people in fact, knows who this poor dog belonged to and they need to come forward or they are just as depraved and despicable as the actual killer. If the killer is not found then you can expect more of the same, killers, like leopards, don’t change their spots and without being in a jail cell where he is monitored he is free to do this again. Get serious and find and stop him now.
