Target: State’s Attorney John P. Doyle, Jr., Judicial District of New Haven, CT
Goal: Ensure appropriate punishment for those allegedly responsible for the severe mistreatment and suffering of multiple pets, including burns, neurological issues, and death.
The recent arrest of a minister for multiple counts of cruelty to animals has raised serious concerns. Pastor Lisa Levy allegedly brought a dog with horrific burns to a veterinary hospital while previously being involved in a case concerning three other dogs suffering from neurological problems and chemical burns. Disturbingly, two of these dogs reportedly died, and the remaining dog was returned to the rescue. Allegations suggest that these animals were subjected to suffering including severe injuries that resulted in painful medical conditions, seizures, and even death.
According to the arrest warrant, all animals involved exhibited comparable medical conditions, such as burned flesh and inability to walk, indicating systemic mistreatment in their environment. This kind of behavior cannot go unanswered; accountability for animal cruelty must be upheld to prevent future occurrences and safeguard vulnerable animals.
The demand for an appropriate judicial response is urgent as these animals’ lives were deeply affected by their caretaker’s alleged actions. Justice is essential in promoting responsible pet ownership and ensuring that such allegations are taken seriously by the community. Therefore, appropriate legal measures must be pursued against those allegedly involved.
PETITION LETTER:
Dear Mr. Doyle,
The shocking allegations surrounding the treatment of multiple pets by Lisa Levy must not be overlooked. Reportedly, these animals faced horrific conditions, suffering from severe burns and neurological symptoms, and some tragically lost their lives due to neglect and mistreatment. The suffering apparently endured by these animals—from burns to neurological disorders—evinces an urgent need for intervention and accountability.
It is critical that those allegedly responsible for this cruelty, whether it be Levy or others involved, face appropriate charges and repercussions for their actions. The troubling details gleaned from the ongoing investigation appear t highlight a disturbing repeated pattern of neglect, which cannot be allowed to continue. Each instance of animal cruelty not only impacts the victims but also undermines the broader community’s commitment to animal welfare.
We, therefore, demand that the authorities thoroughly investigate these allegations and impose appropriate sanctions on those responsible for the mistreatment of these innocent animals. Justice must be served to ensure the well-being of our pets and to deter future acts of cruelty.
Sincerely,

she’s a devil… The horrendous injuries & deaths of these dogs… are proof they have been tortured!
I’m totally sick and heartbroken 😭 This so called pastor is an evil monster and she will hopefully go to hell and burn! I fully demand justice for all these poor and innocent creatures!
TRULY DISGUSTING AND DEPLORABLE TREATMENT BY THIS …..’WOMAN OF GOD’ NEEDS FULL SERIOUS PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENTS AND TREATMENTS..
What is this ‘pastor’ doing? Sounds like she’s cooking meth. These animals did not ask to be tortured, burned and killed. Go after this so called religious rep and prosecute her to the full extent of the law for each poor animal. Just because she calls herself a pastor, it does Not make her a religious person. She certainly doesn’t practice the Bible. Enforce the Law!
