The female dog, while rescued, apparently suffered greatly and underwent emergency surgery to remove foreign bones from her stomach.
The alleged details of this abandonment are not only shocking but deeply troubling. It is imperative that anyone responsible for this egregious act of cruelty are held accountable to prevent further suffering and to uphold the welfare of animals in the community.
