Estou mesmo farta destas petições que não servem para nada! As pessoas que cometem crimes com com animais, como este aqui relatado, continuam impunes poque as autoridades não atribuem qualquer valor ou importância às petições. Então o que deve ser feito é quem assiste a estes crimes deve atuar nesse momento chamando as autoridades ou nesmo intervindo quando é possível, de forma a evitar que os animais sejam sujeitos a maus tratos. As pessoas têm que agir mais de forma a proteger os animais e evitar que sejam vítimas de pessoas que não respeitam os direitos dos animais. Todos temos que ser mais proativos e reagir perante situações que colocam em perigo os animais.
