Target: Sean Teare, District Attorney for Harris County, Texas
Goal: Pursue the maximum legal consequences for the caretaker allegedly responsible for repeatedly torturing dogs in her care.
A caretaker was apparently captured on surveillance footage subjecting two dogs to prolonged, harrowing abuse. Footage reportedly shows one of the dogs being kicked in the head, choked to the point that its eyes bulged, and ultimately vomiting due to the force of a tightening leash. In addition, investigators allege that both animals were slapped, punched, whipped, and left outside for hours in direct sunlight without access to basic necessities such as food or water.
Law enforcement has arrested the suspect, but the dogs remain missing, leaving their welfare uncertain. Observers express grave concerns that unless this alleged brutality is met with swift and serious punishment, other animals could be vulnerable to similarly horrific treatment. As cruelty laws in this region enable felony charges, many hope that a robust legal response will serve as a powerful deterrent.
Only through a decisive application of animal protection legislation can authorities send a clear message that cruelty will not be tolerated. If these animals endured the agony described, ensuring justice for them could prevent future acts of violence against defenseless creatures. Sign below and demand justice in this case.
PETITION LETTER:
Dear District Attorney Teare,
Recently, an investigation uncovered deeply disturbing video evidence purporting to show two dogs experiencing repeated abuse in a caretaker’s residence. The animals, as reported, were kicked, choked to the point of vomiting, and subjected to physical assault including punching and whipping. They were also allegedly left outside for hours under hot conditions without basic needs.
Such acts, if confirmed, constitute an alarming breach of the trust we place in those who assume responsibility for animals. The severity of the allegations – from physical harm to prolonged deprivation – highlights the urgency of taking firm legal action.
We respectfully urge your office to conduct a comprehensive review of the facts, and if these accusations are substantiated, seek the strongest possible legal penalties. By prosecuting this case thoroughly and decisively, you will help protect other vulnerable animals from a fate as harrowing as the one reportedly inflicted on these dogs.
Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]

Agree all comments, Do the same to her. Let her rot in hell. What is wrong with people and these countries. Get rid if her she is not worth feeding. Laws need to change now. Judges need to the job payed for. Eye for a eye. These people make me sick .
‘People and these countries’… This happened in Texas. Most of these petitions I sign are in the USA. Clean up your own back yard.
This woman needs to be in prison for a very long time and never allowed to be near animals again. Agree judges need to do what they get paid for. Punish these wicked people.
The only thing to do is to put down this scum of the earth useless thing in this fucked world!!! Strangle, punch, kick this post until the end!!!!
This stinking ho bag deserves the same treatment she inflicted on these poor dogs! What is wrong with her to be so cruel to innocent animals? Put her in jail and throw away the key. She doesn’t belong in society.
Maximum penalty for people that do this sort of thing is waaaay too easy! C’mon people, let’s start making the punishment fit the crime!!
justiceeeeeee
There is no excuse for animal abuse. This woman deserves punishment to fit her crime then she needs to be taken down for good. She doesn’t deserve to draw breath.
I would love to do the same thing to that woman who did that to poor innocent dogs. Hand her over to some ordinary animal lovers to deal with her
I don’t know why I got this petition in my email, but the comments are sick. First of all an animals life is never worth as much as a humanbeing’s life and anyone who thinks otherwise is mentally unstable. Should she pay a fine for what she did !? YES…should she go to jail ? of course not ..it’s an animal. It’s a dog ..get over yourselves. You guys are crazy… I know the lunatic claim those who do this to animals will do it to human beings. There is no conclusive evidence of that as a matter of fact, a lot of serial killers were dog lovers so I don’t buy the argument. We should never punish a human being the same way we would punish them for harming another human for something they did to a damn dog. There are people asking for her to be murdered over a damn dog !!! and those same people are probably against the death penalty when it comes to a human harming another human… again you people are mentally ill. And I bet you most of you are white women the craziest of the bunch
