How could anyone dismiss this act of animal cruelty? The individual(s) need to be psychologically analyzed at which point decide where this person should be directed. Sometimes I think there isn’t anything wrong with the individual and that they know exactly what it is they are doing. Laws for animals need to be stronger and strict and lawyers and judges need to know the severity of the abuse. This person and others, if there are others involved with the recordings should all be charged and be placed where they cannot harm any animal or potentially a person in such acts. Please set the standard high. One which would deter anyone from recording abuse, enjoying it, profiting from it and committing such heinous acts
