Demand Justice in Case of 75 Animals Allegedly Tortured and Killed

**Target:** The Honorable Attorney General of Manitoba

**Goal:** Ensure appropriate legal action against individuals allegedly involved in horrific acts of animal cruelty, child pornography offenses, and plans to torture a child.

The alarming allegations against Chad Kabecz and Irene Lima are nothing short of heinous. The Winnipeg couple has been charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty, purportedly involved in the torture and killing of over 75 animals from May to October 2024. Disturbingly, police allege that these acts included not just animal harm but also suggestive evidence of a sexual component. Additionally, they are accused of discussing intentions to torture a child, demonstrating a chilling and premeditated disregard for both animal and child welfare.

Upon investigation, authorities reportedly uncovered a trove of incriminating electronic evidence, including hundreds of videos and photos depicting acts of animal cruelty. Furthermore, they allegedly participated in an underground online network dedicated to animal torture, where potential members were required to submit videos of themselves committing acts of violence against animals. This troubling behavior was accompanied by alleged financial gains from distributing such content, suggesting a deeply entrenched cycle of abuse and exploitation.

It’s vital that the legal system addresses these allegations with the severity they warrant. These purported actions reveal not only a capacity for great cruelty but also a potential danger to vulnerable populations, including children. There is an urgent need to hold Kabecz and Lima accountable for their alleged crimes, severing the threads of their abuse and preventing further harm to animals and potential victims. Therefore, a strong legal response is necessary to ensure justice is served.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Honorable Attorney General,

The reported actions of Chad Kabecz and Irene Lima are deeply disturbing and demand an urgent response from the legal system. Charged with numerous counts of animal cruelty, the couple allegedly tortured and killed more than 75 animals, as revealed through an extensive investigation that uncovered hundreds of videos and photographs of their acts. The additional allegations of their discussions surrounding the intention to torture a child further highlight the extreme nature of their purported crimes.

Not only did they allegedly inflict unnecessary suffering on innocent animals, but they reportedly established and profited from an underground network dedicated to such violence, including the requirement for potential members to submit a video of animal killing. This apparent grotesque exploitation does not solely concern animals but poses a broader risk to our community’s most vulnerable members, including children. Therefore, it is vital that robust legal actions are taken to hold Kabecz and Lima accountable for their alleged actions.

We, as concerned citizens, urge you to ensure that appropriate legal measures are pursued against Chad Kabecz and Irene Lima. Their alleged crimes should not go unpunished, and a strong response is essential to safeguard the welfare of both animals and children in our province.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. WTAF??? Usually, I just suggest euthanizing all animal abusers, but in this case, these two POS deserved to be tortured first. I swear, I’m really begiining to hate about 50% of the human race.
