Demand Justice for Dog Reportedly Hit Outside Pub

Target: Janine McKinney, Chief Crown Prosecutor for East Midlands, England

Goal: Ensure thorough investigation and prosecution of the individual reportedly responsible for hitting a dog.

A man allegedly hit a dog outside a pub, causing unnecessary suffering to the animal. The event reportedly took place on Rectory Road in Duckmanton, drawing concern from witnesses and animal welfare advocates alike. Such actions not only inflict pain and distress on innocent animals but also violate laws designed to protect them.

Authorities have charged a man with causing unnecessary suffering to an animal following the investigation. While this is a step towards justice, it is crucial that the legal process continues diligently to ensure that the individual reportedly responsible is held accountable. Animal cruelty is a serious offense that must be addressed to prevent future incidents.

To safeguard animals and uphold societal standards against abuse, it is imperative that the prosecution proceeds with full commitment. Send a clear message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Chief Crown Prosecutor McKinney,

I am writing to express my concern about a man allegedly hitting a dog outside a pub on Rectory Road in Duckmanton, causing unnecessary suffering to the animal. Such apparent actions are deeply troubling and represent a serious violation of animal welfare laws.

While I understand that charges have been brought against the individual, it is essential that this case is prosecuted thoroughly to ensure that justice is served. Animal cruelty not only harms innocent creatures but also undermines the moral fabric of our society.

I urge you to prioritize this case and to use all available resources to hold the individual reportedly responsible accountable under the law. By doing so, you will help deter future acts of cruelty and reinforce the importance of treating all animals with compassion and respect.

Sincerely,

  1. Is the dog his? If so, was the poor thing returned to the abuser? Many of these petitions have very little info. Do better.
