The abuser in this case is either insane or evil. Abusers can be both! Lenny’s story is so sad and this abuser is going to walk around without a care in the world? I hope not. Horrible people make life joyless, frightening and scary. Men who do this should not be allowed to have animals. I would like this man to have a life long ban so he can not own, work with, or be around animals. He doesn’t deserve the love of an animal. There are dogs who for reasons not known are extremely sensitive to loud noise, arguing, or yelling. They teach us to be better people by observing and then following their directives.

Animal abuse and child abuse is rampant in EVERY country not just the US. I have seen many petitions from all different countries here trying to punish abusers. It’s all over. Many humans are POS!

You would have to do a specific search online for the particular instance. Sometimes you can find them, if they made the news. I often follow up on the various sites where I sign petitions.
This site cannot keep track of all of these issues – their role is to send the petitions to the appropriate people.

For those wondering, this particular Harris County is in Texas. Not sure why this site fails to include specific locations in these petitions. I want to know exactly where these things are happening without having to do a Google search.
They should set up kill shelters for humanoid animals, but NOT for defenseless innocent animals.
