Moreno is guilty. IF proven I hope you will force him to pay all medical expenses and DO NOT give the dog back to this man. He has anger issues and needs a mental evaluation. This man needs a ban not allowing him to own, work with, or be near any animals for the rest of his sorry life. America is a land of laws but no justice. Get justice for this little dog. This man is not mentally stable. Make him pay for all medical costs. Fine him for the suffering he made the dog suffer and the pain the dog felt.
Real men do not torture tiny dogs, real cowards do though and this guy is a psychopath, he needs mental evaluation for his over-the-top anger at a tiny dog; he needs to cool his cowardly ass in jail, he needs a lifetime ban from animal contact and he needs to pay restitution to the rescue group who is taking care of his injuries and trauma. This guy is a POS and should be treated as such.
