Chief Bobby Martinez of the Valley Police Department described the house as one of the worst he had ever seen. The conditions inside were appalling, reportedly with no kennels or proper facilities for the dogs, allowing them to roam freely and relieve themselves anywhere.

The rescued dogs are now in the care of the Dodge County Humane Society, where they will receive the medical attention and proper care they deserve. Ensure stricter animal welfare regulations and better enforcement to prevent neglect in the future.

  1. People who care are always writing to express their concern over abuse cases that seem to just get worse. This can’t continue. This man owning the house must go to prison. There is no excuse or reason for this type of treatment to animals. I honest feel he and his entire family need to be moved into that house for at least one month in order to see, smell, and be living in an infested house. He needs to suffer and watch his family suffer due to his selfish attitude. He has a black heart and needs to see what that does to those he loves. Then burn it down to the ground. He needs to stand up and pay for medical costs for the animals he has allowed to suffer. Take his car, savings, and all else to pay for the damage he has done to those who can not defend themselves. Pity the animals but abuse him! Is not done now this abuse will increase. It needs to stop!
