The sentence this man received is BS! This SOB must pay for ALL medical costs to save these dogs and give them a chance of a new life where they are loved and treated kindly. This POS must pay ALL expenses. Take his savings, his car, his house. Take everything he has to make this situation better for the dogs he so abused. This creep did this to himself. He has ruined the lives of his family, if he’s lucky enough to have a family. This man needs to suffer and due to the damage he has caused so does his family. Only through measures like these will we ever put the blame on the correct person.
