One wonders what happened to the puppies in this case too, dismembered while alive perhaps? Sounds possible with this case and regardless, the man is a freak and a danger to the community and should be in jail for a long time. He should also receive a huge fine and a lifetime ban on animal contact. Some people just have no right to be in society and this coward is one of those ‘people’.
