Target: Mr. F. Clay Merris IV, District Attorney of Perry County, Pennsylvania
Goal: Investigate and prosecute individuals responsible for the death and improper disposal of a dog, and enforce stricter animal welfare laws.
The Marysville Police Department in Perry County, Pennsylvania, is investigating a disturbing case of animal abuse after a dead dog was found in a pet carrier near the Susquehanna River. On a recent Saturday afternoon, officers noticed a plastic dog carrier half-submerged in the waters near South Main Street at the base of the Rockville Bridge. Inside the carrier, authorities found a small to medium-breed dog in an advanced state of decomposition. The carrier had been sealed with plastic zip-ties and weighted down with a block, indicating a deliberate act to dispose of the animal in the river.
This incident underscores the urgent need for strict enforcement of animal welfare laws to prevent such abuses and ensure the well-being of animals. Sign below to demand justice in this case.

Post a full description of the dog and offer a reward, somebody knows who this dog belonged to and people will give up their own mother for money so give that a try. Meanwhile, PA. needs stronger abuse laws and far better enforcement of what laws they do have.
