This person is old enough to know what he was doing and certainly sounds pre-meditated. Make sure that the charges against him remain and he is served with years of jail time considering he may be a serial animal abuser.

This is still going on? This happened a long while ago. This man should have been killed by now. If not he needs to be taken off the streets. He killed this at and let her die in a little girl’s arms. This man is not human. He doesn’t deserve food or water. He deserves to be killed the way he killed this cat. That little girl loved her cat. This evil man with a tortured mind needs to be in a mental asylum for the rest of his life. He should not be allowed near children or animals for the rest of his sorry life. He is worth less than a piece of dirt.
