Should be jailed for life .A very dangerous human being

  4. Cut his penis off. Ok, do it surgically, but o it. Why? Due to bestiality and rape. Be it with animals or humans, rape is a crime which never has to occur. If it does happen the victim is harmed more than her crimes. If found guilty or DNA is a match then the penis needs to be surgically removed. This is an appropriate punishment for such a horrible crime. The criminal won’t be able to do it again. If this is not done then rape will continue. It needs to stop! No child or animals or woman or man is to be raped. Men will stop if they know their penis will be cut off.

Make sure this psychotic PERVERT is permanently castrated so he can NEVER harm any animal or person again. Give him a PROPER punishment with no excuses allowed. Lets have justice for the innocent animals that he violated and killed.
