One never thinks or considers a person living in an out of the way place to have mental problems but this shows that it does happen. Anyone can be mentally ill and the actions of this person or persons makes that obvious. I’m sure this shocked everyone in the vicinity. Such a horrible display of a person’s wrath. To torture and kill innocent beings is beyond the imagination. Hopefully thee people or person will be caught and can be seen by a medical professional. Society is built on laws which ALL people obey. It makes living together safer and more pleasant. This person does not follow the laws and has no mental boundaries and shouldn’t be a part of any society.
