Has anyone noticed that the world seems to be mentally ill? Evil acts taken out on small animals seems to increase year after year. It’s so sad that many feel they must hurt others in order to feel better about themselves. If this continues many be more people will be in prison than living in our societies or communities. This poor cat died in such a tragic manner, a painful manner and a frightening manner. Who could be so cruel? A person with evil intent. This was on video so the abuser should be caught and must be dealt with under the laws of your country. I feel he needs to be put away our of the community and spend his life in prison. He is not wanted back in the community.
