Get this piece of trash off our streets! Society functions due to people following the law. This man spits in the face of the law, which means he spits on ALL of us! Why should normal people accept the he will be returned to society. He has broken laws and now tortured an innocent dog. People on this site are not told the whole story. It’s probably much worse. America is the land of law but no justice. Let’s fix that by getting people who threaten others off our streets. Taxpayers pay money to keep this type of person out of society!
