Demand Prison For Cop Accused of Imprisoning Sick Dog in Feces Filled Crate

Target: Adair Ford Boroughs, State Attorney for South Carolina

Goal: Give police officer prison sentence for allegedly keeping her sick dog locked inside crate.

A police officer, who has since resigned, was charged with animal cruelty after pictures appeared to show a malnourished dog that she owned standing inside a crate filled with waste. If these allegations are proven true it is important she spend time in jail to make it clear that such mistreatment by a law enforcement officer will not be tolerated.

Ross’s attorney is arguing that Ross and her husband had to keep the dog inside the crate when the animal suddenly became sick because the dog was not able to control bowel movements. Unfortunately, the dog’s accidents were thought to be a direct result of severe heart worm disease. According to the attorney, the animal was only put down after they learned about the dog’s illness and determined that treatment was not affordable.

The accused lawyer has pointed out that there is no statute in place to punish people for having a lack of resources. While this may be true, a person should think about all future expenses before obtaining a pet. Furthermore, keeping an animal locked inside a small crate to avoid the consequences of a medical problem should never be considered acceptable. Surrendering an animal to a reputable shelter or rescue group that may be able to provide the pet with the appropriate care is also a likely option in such times of distress. Sign this petition to demand the accused receive prison time if she is found guilty of allowing this innocent animal to needlessly suffer and die.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear State Attorney Boroughs,

A police officer, who has since resigned, was charged with animal cruelty after it was reported that her dog was emaciated and kept inside a filthy crate. The animal appeared to be standing to avoid lying down in waste.

Her attorney said that she and her husband chose to euthanize the dog because they could not afford to treat the dog’s heart worm disease. He therefore states that she should not be punished since vet care was not affordable. This argument is absurd since someone should strongly think about related expenses before getting a pet. Additionally, choosing to keep an animal locked inside a dirty crate for long periods of time to avoid a medical issue may be considered animal abuse. Furthermore, reaching out to a rescue organization or animal shelter may also be a viable option when one cannot afford pet care.

I therefore demand you suggest the accused be given the maximum sentence if it is discovered this dog suffered and died while under her care to send a clear message that animal abuse is never acceptable, especially by an individual who has taken an oath to uphold the law.

Sincerely,

Lock her up in a cage and leave her in it to rot!

  2. Policewoman Amanda Kaitlyn Ross is, in her day-to-day work, a mean-spirited ogre. Simply, she has a mean heart. And, IMO she acts like a mean bitch. In my experience, if it walks & talks like a duck, it’s a duck.

The following paragraph is public info and in the public domain.
There’s now a criminal record for her on the SC Courts’ Greenville Public Index (case # 5714) which displays Ross’ physical address (15 Mendham Lane, Greer SC), her birth year (1989), gender (F) & race (W) — and that Ross Requests a Jury Trial.

The home Ross and her husband reside in at Greer SC is valued at Over $300,000 US Dollars. I do Hope & Pray she pleads innocent because she was too destitute to afford Her poor dog’s vet treatment. If I were on that jury, such a claim of destitution wouldn’t hold water. Also, Ross is a liability for GPD and should be first reduced in rank, then summarily dismissed with prejudice. Nobody likes an animal abuser; even those who aren’t big fans of dogs. If Ross shares that address with another Adult (her husband) — then why hasn’t that Husband also been criminally charged with Animal Abuse??

HANG HER. STOP WASTING MY TAX DOLLARS.

    • Genauso, aufhängen diese Brut ohne Herz und si etwas als Polizistin einzusetzen ist eine Schande sie gehört aufgehängt, verdammt soll sie sein diesen armen kranken Engel so zu misshandeln und leiden zu lassen.

    • Ha ha yes, but put her in a feces filled cage while she waits…

  4. Seems BOTH Greenville Police Dept officer Amanda Kaitlyn Ross and her husband Donald D. Ross are each facing Animal Abuse charges alleged by Greer Police Dept. Confirmed by referencing SC Courts’ public index for Greenville county And for City of Greer SC.

Their residence address at 15 Mendham LN Greer SC is NOW up FOR SALE; I verified same. One week ago, it was Not yet listed. Once her residence address was published by the Courts; I’m not surprised in the least. Perhaps others have encouraged her/her husband to flee that address?
As for officer Amanda’s marriage to her bad-pay no-pay husband Donald (see Public Index Greenville County for cases of not paying junk debt buyers of his defaulted CC/ bank cards) — I won’t be surprised if we see filings in the Family Courts as well. I hope Officer Ross in canned by GPD (but doubt it) and pray she will relocate far away from South Carolina. In an abandoned septic tank might be a little too good for the likes of her.

Jack, all of us who lack the knowhow to find the info you have are indebted to you. It helps so much to have the full picture around the crime committed; it invariably reveals that the cruelty is more perverse than at first glance. The Rosses are monsters; they deserve a slow medieval death … but like we all know, they will get away with their crime. When nonhuman animals are the victims and justice wanting, I’m a big advocate of street justice.

This is a MAGAt like my sister who does not use flea meds!! Fleas that are not killed on dogs will die a horrible death.

  5. You claim to be a cop? This is sickening total lies! Everyone has access to a veterinarian or has one in their area if not bring your animal into a humane society! Punishing a dog because of your negligence not having it vaccinated and pretreated for heartworm is far from a defense that poor animal was being cruelly tortured because of parasites you allowed to happen! Keeping it imprisoned and starving is so far from reality if this wasn’t so serious I would laugh in your face! This is disgusting you make good money to take care of your animal if not you should’ve surrendered it period! Throw the book at this vile individual she belongs behind bars in solitary confinement for a very long time! You know what they say about paybacks…..

WHAT A BITCH!!THIS ASSHOLE SHOULD BE PUNISHED IF I HAD MY WAY, THIS EVIL FUCKER WOULD MEET MY TWO FRIENDS SMITH & WESSON. THAT IS THE BEST SOLUTION IN THIS MATTER. WHAT A FUCKING ASSHOLE. FIRST THIS POOR DOG WAS SICK AND THAT WAS THE FUCKING WAY THEY TREATED IT?? I TRULY HOPE BOTH OF THESE EVIL FUCKING REDNECKS MEET THEIR MAKER AND FUCKING DAMN SOON. I LUV KARMA.

    horreur

  8. Paul Eugene Harrington says:

This dog looks like it was also starved. Look at the ribs.

  9. I HOPE THAT THE DISGUSTINFG BITCH AND HER USELESS POS HUSBAND SUFFER HORRIFIC PAIN FOR YEARS THEN END UP SOMEWHERE WORST THAN HELL…

  10. I don’t believe for one minute she couldn’t afford vet bills for heartworm treatment. She also didn’t feed it looking at how skinny it was and then puts the poor dog down instead of surrendering it to a shelter????
She didn’t want the dog so treated it as an inconvenience. She should go to jail and rot there. The fact she’s resigned, sold her house and moved speaks volumes.

  11. They couldn’t save him from the Heartworm disease after finally being rescued from that filth and filthy owners . They should die, too!! Prove you didn’t have money for heartworm medication!!!

  12. They should put the piece of shit cop in feces filled crate himself. And just let him rot there until he dies

  13. They should both be locked in a cage and let them die a slow death in ther own excrement and urine.

  14. Lesley Rodgers says:

The poor dig was kept EMACIATED without food or water in a wire cage!! How is that not animal cruelty? The dog was kept so that it caught heart worm, and was not treated! How is that not animal cruelty?
Regardless of whether the owners can pay for vet treatment, they committed ANIMAL CRUELTY! And the poor dog lost its life when it could have been treated! The Vet should have refused euthanasia and called an animal shelter so the poor tortured dog could be treated, AND the vet should have reported these cruel owners to the authorities. SO MANY FAILURES TO PROTECT THAT POOR DOG THAT WAS LEFT TO SUFFER AND THEN KILLED!
The cop resigned! NOW SOME COWARD SLIMY LAWYER IS TRYING TO GET THEM OFF THE HOOK BY SUGGESTING IT IS ALL ABOUT ABILITY TO PAY!
What a wicked abuse of the law! The cop is an animal abuser, and tortured that poor dog, and when she realised she was discovered she took it to the vet KNOWING she was never going to actually PAY for treatment, so she had it killed! ABSOLUTELY EVIL!! There will never be any protection or justice for animals in the USA!

    • Gilda Provenzano says:

I agree with you but look at cat beheadings in U.K. Cops said it was a fox who is doing it. They refuse to look for real killer.POS HUMAN.

  15. Aprille Gilmore says:

Hands down, one of the worst cases I have heard. Both because of the unspeakable cruelty and the fact that it was a police officer who perpetrated it. MY God, the ignorance. Please prosecute this to the fullest extent of the law. It should result in jail time or why bother pretending we have cruelty legislation. Jail, a huge fine and the officer can NEVER own another animal.

  16. The POS should be locked in a cage full of crap and see how he likes it.

  17. Desiree A. Reid says:

Jack, you ROCK for posting that info!!!👏🏻
Everyone has expressed the same sentiments I have but want to add our “justice” system needs to get REAL on animal cruelty: real laws that actually protect them, real tough penalties to discourage abuse and real extra invasive background checks on people who want to have anything to do w law from the cops, the lawyers to the judges!

  18. Gilda Provenzano says:

This is a MAGAt like my sister who does not use flea meds!! Fleas that are not killed on dogs will die a horrible death.

  19. Maria Lavorato says:

This is one ugly bitch that deserves to die in a feces infested cage with no blanket, no food, no love, no care NOTHING! IF THAT’S NOT ANIMAL CRUELTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIRST DEGREE FELONY. NOTHING LESS. THAT LITTLE DOG SUFFERED HORRENDOUSLY. TIME FOR YOUR TORTURE TO START BITCH!!!! HOPE YOU ARE INFESTED WITH WORMS AND NOBODY GIVES A F….ING SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE LITTLE DOG WAS SICK WITH HEART WORM YOU UGLY MF! CAN’T YOU READ HIS EYES…HE LOOKS BROKEN YOU UGLY MF.

  20. What makes this cop think they are above the law! Prosecute them to the fullest then lock them in a crate full of s–t.
