It is so very sad because the police could give 2 shits about animal abuse pisses me off. I had a neighbor who had a puppy that kept roaming across the street and the neighbor complained lo and behold, one day I heard a gunshot. Two days later, there was a huge bonfire in the rain And now the puppy is nowhere to be found. Haven’t seen him in2 weeks, so put two and two together i make a complaint to the police, and to the spca, do they care? NO !! SO SICK OF THE AUTHORITIES, THEY ARE WORTHLESS AS TITS ON A BULL !!!
