Four-Year-Old Dog Allegedly Killed With Stick Deserves Justice

Target: Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar, Mumbai, India

Goal: Ensure the alleged assailant faces legal consequences for the suspected fatal attack on Jay.

Late one evening, a tragic event unfolded within a serene residential society in the Indian city of Mumbai, plunging it into mourning. A four-year-old dog known as Jay, cherished by residents and cared for by Indian television actor Sudhanshu Pandey, was reportedly found dead under suspicious circumstances. This loss struck the community hard, as Jay was not just a pet but a symbol of unity and love. Allegations point toward a societal member, seen wielding a stick and seeking out Jay on CCTV footage, as responsible for this heartrending act.

Further investigations revealed that this individual, earlier in the day, reportedly exhibited threatening behavior towards the dog’s caretaker, indicating a premeditated intent. The morning following this reported threat, Jay’s lifeless body, bearing multiple injuries, was discovered outside the society’s gate. This reported incident not only robbed a family of their joy but also exposed a grievous fault line in societal harmony, underscoring an urgent need for stringent legal action.

The evidence, including CCTV footage and eyewitness accounts, casts a shadow of suspicion on the alleged perpetrator, demanding a thorough investigation and appropriate legal repercussions. Justice must be served not only to honor Jay’s memory but to affirm society’s commitment to compassion and justice. Call upon the authorities to take decisive action against the individual allegedly responsible for this heinous act.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar,

Our community reels from the shock and sorrow of an unthinkable crime that seemingly occurred within its bounds. Allegedly, a four-year-old dog named Jay was fatally attacked, a deed that has left a void in the hearts of those who cherished him. The distressing details emerging from the investigation, including threats reportedly made to a caretaker and the subsequent discovery of Jay’s injured body, point to a deeply troubling disregard for life.

This alleged act of cruelty not only snatched away an innocent life but also shattered the tranquility of the community. The sorrow of Sudhanshu Pandey and his family, who considered Jay part of their lives, reflects a broader communal grief. In light of the allegations and evidence provided, such as CCTV footage, we urge you to ensure a rigorous pursuit of justice. The suspect, seen with a stick and reportedly exhibiting aggressive behavior towards Jay and the caretaker, must be held accountable.

We implore you to employ all available legal means to bring the alleged perpetrator to justice. The severity of this suspected act of violence against a defenseless animal demands a response that reaffirms our societal values of compassion and justice. Let this tragic incident be a catalyst for change, ensuring that such acts are met with the full force of the law.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

It’s not until we get the illegal migrants out of our country because they are heathens and do not think of pets or dogs and cats the way we do and not until they start implementing harsher punishments for animal abusers this is going to continue to happen over and over again and it is a crying shame.

The only consolation that I know that I have is that when these people pass into the next realm, they will most likely go straight to purgatory which is what Catholics call it is the bad side of heaven until judgement. When you are judged you get what’s coming to you all at once.

God does not like it when people abuse His creations. And no doubt he will deal with them accordingly they are not going to a good place unless they come to redemption.

    • WTAF are you talking about? For starters, this incident happened in India – not the US. And animal abusers are all over the planet, therefore your ‘illegal migrants’ comment makes no sense. Just go on ahead and say that you’re a racist POS. And spekaing of migrants… like your ass is going to do any of the work they do, for minimum or less than minimum wage. Shame on you!

    • Wow, what racist rant. This happened in India. Also as long as shows like ‘Animal Cops’ are on the telly showing American born citizens abusing their animals there is only one race to blame for animals suffering and that’s the human race.

Do not allow the murder and abuse of any animal

No animal deserves to be a victim of DEHUMANIZED, DESENSITIZED and MENTALLY-DERANGEED SADISTIC PSYCHOPATHS!! NO animal-abuser should get away with such a horrific crime!!
Tormenting, neglecting and killing animals has a brutalizing effect on our society and mankind as a whole. This pathological monster must be severely punished.
He must also be forbidden from coming near, owning or working with animals in future.
SET a PRECEDENT, and punish to the full extent of the law!
    MAX JAIL or DEATH PENALTY!

  5. These people from India are so cruel and barbaric! So gross!!and cruel.

  6. Agree all comments first beat the fuck out of these fuckers who done these and leave to die slow death. They are not worth feeding or breathing in this world get rid of then . Eye fir a eye.

  7. Please do not travel to India until they stop others abuse of innocent animals! They have no compassion for animals or a lot of their population!

    • Perhaps we should not travel to the USA either. Most of these petitions I sign are for abuse in the USA. Perhaps instead of avoiding these places we need to go and help them understand and help the people already there fighting for animals.

  8. The world needs to respect, love, and protect any and all animals they need the same things as humans do to have a good happy life a life we all deserve!

  9. I hate some people to the bottom of my soul and I wish them BAD🙏

  10. WTF is it with India lately???
All you hear is vicious animal killing from them.
    Garbage country.

  11. Disgusting and cruel! Why does Indian culture abuse dogs so much?!!! Rape, beatings and torture.

  12. only cowards hurt a defenseless animal because you’re not man enough to discuss disputes with your neighbor. Punish him to the full extent. He’s disgraceful.

Poor dog must suffer for small man syndrome. India has no men it seems to stand up to abusers

India is a country full of evil animal haters, who persecute dogs and other animals. Humans would not have progressed and succeeded without the help of dogs, who have been helpers and companions for around 30,000 years. Today, dogs are cruelly treated and killed by nasty thugs who are cowards, people with black hearts who are not human beings. India is full of such thugs because dogs and cats are constantly attacked and killed by those evil people. India is a horrible country and I urge people never to go there because anyone with compassion will not be able to stand to see the atrocities against dogs and other animals, and should not support such a country anyway.

Suggest you see YouTube videos on Animal Aid Unlimited, located in India. Superb animal sanctuary that rescues animals of all types, gives free veterinary care and does street treatment programs, spaying and neutering and assisting people who love but can barely afford the care of their animals. There is cruelty everywhere, but their are also people everywhere who cherish animals. It’s never a whole country or culture that should be targeted as evil.
Look at our own country that has no deficit of meanness towards the innocent……

      • Thank you for pointing this out. People need to clean up their own back yards before looking into their neighbours. Animal Aid Unlimited. Is a great organization. Another great one in that part of the world is Soi Dog Foundation.

ANIMAL LOVERS IN INDIA MUST CRACK DOWN ON THESE BASTARDS. APPARENTALLY THERE IS NO DAMN JUSTICE BY LAWMAKERS THERE FOR THESE POOR ANIMALS AND THESE PRICKS JUST GO AHEAD AND BRUTALLY KILL INNOCENT ANIMALS. IT IS TIME TO SEND A MESSAGE TO THESE FUCKING BASTARDS BY HUNTING THEM DOWN AND HORRIFICALLY KILL THEM. IF THERE IS NO DAMN SPINE FROM JUSTICE, THEN DO IT YOURSELF.

  15. Melinda Shaw says:

I poor Jay. The cruelty that animals suffer at human hands is such a betrayal. Mankind is the worst of all demons harming and killing the true angel of the world. This dog deserves justice and laws protecting the innocent must be created and taken seriously.

That being said, the commenters who use foul language to express their anger on this site are not enhancing the cause. In fact, I lessens the effect of their fury, only making them sound coarse and denigrating the petition. Clean it up, folks. Be classy.

  16. Stephanie Geyser says:

I predict that the Mumbai Police will do NOTHING. This is typical of a rubbish country like India, where human rights are not even protected. So what hope do animals have? NONE.

  17. Beat this worthless pos with a steel bat! Poor, innocent dog did not deserve this horrible fate 😢

  18. Dennis Busto says:

Absolutely No Tolerance Towards Animal ABUSERS n Cruelty. An eye for an eye fits this crime n should be the punishment. Paws Matter

  19. Wendy Morrison says:

PUNISH THIS EVIL, CRUEL, & ABUSIVE ASSHOLE IN INDIA BY BEATING HIM WITH A STICK AND A METAL POLE TO HIS DEATH FOR KILLING THIS INNOCENT DEFENSELESS DOG!!! STOP ALL ANIMAL CRUELTY AND ABUSE IN INDIA AND ALL OVER THER WORLD TOO!!! THERE IS NO JUST REASON FOR HUMANS TO CRUEL AND ABUSIVE TO ANY AND ALL ANIMALS!!!!!!

  20. Gerald Bowman says:

No one intervened. Many? some? Indians are cruel and inhumane. Raping women and abusing animals seems to be quite common in that country.
Will never go there..hope lots of bad things happen to them, like storms, floods, famine…will laugh about it.
