Further investigation revealed the alleged presence of controlled substances and stolen goods within the premises, hinting at a broader spectrum of alleged criminal activities by the suspect, Cory Elder. The living conditions, described as “filthy,” suggest a grave disregard for the animals’ wellbeing.
