Forget our lie legal system. Grab this evil man by the scruff of the neck and throw him in prison for a cooling off period. After six months ask him if he feels he is more able to behave more in line with society? If not throw him back in for another 6 months.

TWO animal abusers working there. Two male MONSTERS that are abusing animals! So this shelter hires animal abusers?
Normal Thomas Kibe, 26, of Marietta, Ga. Josef Limbaga Luague, 28, of Marietta, Ga. These are the scumbags that throw dogs and cats against walls, and kick dogs. I think this shelter needs to look at their HIRING practices, and do something a little different. There also needs to be cameras EVERYWHERE!
