Cats and Pregnant Dog With 8 Unborn Puppies Allegedly Poisoned by Nurse Deserve Justice

Target: Brian Haas, District Attorney of Polk County, Florida

Goal: Prosecute and seek maximum penalty for the individual allegedly responsible for the heartbreaking poisoning of two cats and a pregnant Chihuahua.

In a harrowing incident in Lakeland, Florida, a community reels from an appalling act of animal cruelty. Reportedly, two beloved cats named Luna and Pancake, and Daisy, a pregnant Chihuahua, were poisoned. The alleged perpetrator, a nurse, should face stringent legal repercussions. The deaths of these innocent animals, particularly the pregnant Chihuahua carrying eight unborn pups, are not only deeply saddening but also raise serious concerns about public safety and animal welfare.

The circumstances surrounding this tragedy are as disturbing as they are heart-wrenching. Authorities claim the animals suffered immensely, with signs of choking and foaming at the mouth. The suspect, identified as a licensed practical nurse, allegedly threatened to poison animals entering her yard, according to the pet owners. This blatant disregard for life, if true, is abhorrent. Furthermore, investigators reportedly found evidence suggesting premeditated poisoning, a detail that makes this case even more distressing.

Justice for these innocent animals is not only a moral imperative but a societal necessity. The alleged actions, if proven, reflect a dangerous lack of empathy and respect for life. A forceful response is essential to send a clear message that the community will not tolerate such heinous acts of cruelty against defenseless animals. Demand that the District Attorney of Polk County pursue the highest possible charges and penalties in this case.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney Brian Haas,

The recent incident in Lakeland involving the alleged poisoning of two cats and a pregnant Chihuahua has shocked and saddened our community. This cruel act, reportedly committed by a healthcare professional, demands your immediate attention and action. The alleged heinous nature of this crime, involving defenseless animals, calls for a strong legal response.

The details of this case, as reported by the authorities, paint a grim picture of suffering and malice. The animals’ symptoms suggest they endured severe pain before succumbing to the poison. The alleged use of a toxic substance in a residential area not only took innocent lives but also posed a significant risk to the neighborhood. This alarming reported behavior warrants a full legal response to ensure justice for the victims and to prevent future acts of cruelty.

We urge you to prosecute this case with the utmost seriousness it deserves. The individual allegedly responsible for this cruelty must face the full extent of the law. Such actions, if proven, should not go unpunished. Our community looks to your office to uphold justice and protect the most vulnerable among us, including our beloved pets.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. Thank God I don’t live anywhere near this psycho, she should not be a nurse, she should be in a nurses’ care for her mental illness – or her nasty attitude. She should be jailed, fined, banned from being anywhere near any animal or any home with an animal. I know what I’d like to see happen to her, but at the very least pull her nursing license before a patient she doesn’t like mysteriously dies.

  2. sharrudyk@shaw.ca says:

AND SHE IS A NURSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE MUST BE REMOVED FROM ANY KIND OF JOB THAT LEAVES HER ALONE WITH ANY HUMAN!!!!!!! DO THE SAMWE RIGHT BACK TO HER OR JAIL HER FOR VERY MANY YEARS!!!!!!!

  3. Carol Pearce says:

This so-called ‘nurse??!!’ – if she is one of course?? must have her nursing license removed for good, put in a home for the insane and left there. Ensure there are no pets in that home.

  4. THIS DESPICABLE PIECE OF TRASH SHOULD BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW, THROWN IN JAIL AND LOSE HER MEDICAL LICENSE.I PRAY SOMEONE POISONS HER.

  5. LINDA KOABEL says:

Hopefully, the city has by-laws regarding the intentional harm or poisoning of domestic animals and wildlife. Without a by-law, it could be difficult to prosecute the nurse. Most people signing this petition fail to acknowledge that the owner of the dog and the cats is also complicit in their deaths. The owner allowed the pets to roam freely. Animals do not understand property limits, poisoning and traffic and should not be outdoors unless the yard is fenced or there is a pet enclosure or the pets are on leashes. Another question, why was the dog pregnant? Is the owner a backyard breeder? Does she have a licence? Did she rescue a pregnant dog or is she using the dog as a source of income? There are serious questions that must be answered by both the owner and the nurse.

    • While I agree, pets shouldn’t be outside roaming freely, the fault lies 100% on the PoS that poisoned these animals.
Your logic is akin to saying, a woman who got raped is at fault because of what she was wearing.

      • Tracey Loyd says:

Actually she raised some points that a prosecutor is certain to follow up on.
If a case presents in such a way that the prosecution of it has little to no chance of succeeding then even thousands of signatures on a petition will not be enough to convince them to prosecute what they see as waste of their time and resources. It’s not satisfying to see an abuser get away with it, and I totally understand that. But sometimes it is unavoidable.
And the comparison to rape is inaccurate. These days reported rape cases are always prosecuted because too many young women don’t report it for fear of reprecussions. And that is a very sad statistic.

  6. Cindy Miller says:

Disgusting how a nurse could cause that much pain & suffering on innocent animals!! Don’t just give her a slap on the hands! Theses animals were someone’s pet & they have to live with the torture their loved ones suffered!

  7. Boy oh Boy, I’d give anything to shoot the BASTARD DEAD

    R.I.P. PRECIOUS FURR BABIES >^..^<

  8. This barbaric actions is done by a barbaric person.

  9. on behalf of Brandy Armstrong says:

The poisoning and death of each of the two cats is just as reprehensible as that of the chihuahua and her unborn puppies. This — ” … particularly the pregnant Chihuahua carrying eight unborn pups …” was totally unnecessary in the article.

  10. Jenny Weeks says:

A nurse who swore to SAVE LIVES? She needs her license revoked FOR LIFE ! If she’s capable of killing innocent, defenseless animals, what is she capable of doing to humans?

  11. VOTE 🚫UT ALL MAGAs - VOTE BLUE OR SCREW U says:

I BET SHE POISONS HER OWN PATIENTS SHE DOESN’T LIKE !!!
SHE NEEDS FIRED, FULLY INVESTIGATED, PROSECUTED
AND HER PATIENTS NEED HER REMOVED IMMEDIATELY !!!
ABUSERS / TORTURERS ( MALE AND FEMALE SCUM ) NEED FORCEFULLY CASTRATED AND MADE TO WATCH IT HAPPEN IN THEIR OWN DEMISE !!!
ANIMAL ABUSERS / ANIMAL MURDERERS ARE ABSOLUTE SCUM AND DESERVE TO GET WHAT THEY GIVE !!!
    GET WHAT U GIVE X KARMA !!!

  12. Urszula Lund says:

This nurse-from-hell must be fired from her position on an immediata basis, and her licence needs to be revoked! This “nurse” is a dehumanized psychopath who should be imprisoned for life. She is a dangerous murderess.
Poor cats, the dog and the unborn puppies DESERVE JUSTICE!
    MAX JAIL!

  13. This is one sick bitch! Probably best to remove her from life. Don’t piss off that nurse. I hope they check how many people checked out under that monsters care.

  14. This is incredibly sad. The nurse must have been in mental decline to do so much harm in such a wicked manner to 2 cats and 1 dog with 8 unborn puppies. This is murder. In Florida that hardly matters as it is the last state for any adult, law conscious and compassionate people to even survive. This nurse must be held in jail, even in Florida. The legal system in Florida, died. There is no law and order unless it has to do with abortion. I hope this nurse will get the help she needs but she is in grave discomfort herself. There is no excuse or reason for so many murders. We need stricter laws in America and then we must enforce them. If not, this continues.

  15. Michelle Taylor says:

This ugly, mentally deranged dog and cat murdering bitch must have the death penalty implemented. A slow and agonizing death for this scumbag is required without delay!!

  16. Mariska Meszaros says:

Just goes to show just because a person is in a care role, as this nurse was presumably. It doesn’t mean they have any compassion or care about non humans.
This person is a vile creature and should be punished and not be allowed to practice nursing ever again!

  17. Irene Leggett says:

This psychotic nurse’ ought to be locked up and the key thrown away as her next victims may be a CHILD that upsets her or any vulnerable person. She is a danger to society so lets have justice for the animals that she MURDERED.

  18. This nurse should lose her nursing credentials FOREVER!! She is inhumane!!

  19. Marilyn J Wilson says:

The B needs to die! Like someone said she probably kills her helpless patients. Needs to be locked up with the criminally insane!

  20. Agree all comments poison this bitch. She should die a slow death. Justice now and banned her near animals for life. Better just execute her.
