Cats and Pregnant Dog With 8 Unborn Puppies Allegedly Poisoned by Nurse Deserve Justice

Target: Brian Haas, District Attorney of Polk County, Florida

Goal: Prosecute and seek maximum penalty for the individual allegedly responsible for the heartbreaking poisoning of two cats and a pregnant Chihuahua.

In a harrowing incident in Lakeland, Florida, a community reels from an appalling act of animal cruelty. Reportedly, two beloved cats named Luna and Pancake, and Daisy, a pregnant Chihuahua, were poisoned. The alleged perpetrator, a nurse, should face stringent legal repercussions. The deaths of these innocent animals, particularly the pregnant Chihuahua carrying eight unborn pups, are not only deeply saddening but also raise serious concerns about public safety and animal welfare.

The circumstances surrounding this tragedy are as disturbing as they are heart-wrenching. Authorities claim the animals suffered immensely, with signs of choking and foaming at the mouth. The suspect, identified as a licensed practical nurse, allegedly threatened to poison animals entering her yard, according to the pet owners. This blatant disregard for life, if true, is abhorrent. Furthermore, investigators reportedly found evidence suggesting premeditated poisoning, a detail that makes this case even more distressing.

Justice for these innocent animals is not only a moral imperative but a societal necessity. The alleged actions, if proven, reflect a dangerous lack of empathy and respect for life. A forceful response is essential to send a clear message that the community will not tolerate such heinous acts of cruelty against defenseless animals. Demand that the District Attorney of Polk County pursue the highest possible charges and penalties in this case.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney Brian Haas,

The recent incident in Lakeland involving the alleged poisoning of two cats and a pregnant Chihuahua has shocked and saddened our community. This cruel act, reportedly committed by a healthcare professional, demands your immediate attention and action. The alleged heinous nature of this crime, involving defenseless animals, calls for a strong legal response.

The details of this case, as reported by the authorities, paint a grim picture of suffering and malice. The animals’ symptoms suggest they endured severe pain before succumbing to the poison. The alleged use of a toxic substance in a residential area not only took innocent lives but also posed a significant risk to the neighborhood. This alarming reported behavior warrants a full legal response to ensure justice for the victims and to prevent future acts of cruelty.

We urge you to prosecute this case with the utmost seriousness it deserves. The individual allegedly responsible for this cruelty must face the full extent of the law. Such actions, if proven, should not go unpunished. Our community looks to your office to uphold justice and protect the most vulnerable among us, including our beloved pets.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  4. Poison this piece of shit but we all kmow this wont happen so take her living away from her as she doesn’t deserve to be a nurse then give her a lengthy jail sentence.

  5. Starla Wallace says:

Throw the book at that disgusting excuse of a human being!!

  7. Martin Kinsella says:

Definitely should lose her job and a lengthy jail sentence, although imo the death penalty is what should really happen

  8. Yvonne McGowan says:

She should have her licence removed, she can’t be a decent person even thinking of poisoning an animal never mind following through with it.What a cruel human.

  9. A nurse? That is supposed to care for sick people? Good God… Not only should she be in jail, she should lose her license…next time it will be one of her patients.

  10. With what so called grown ups are doing to babies and children in the news everyday is this really surprising ×especially in the US, North Americans are so judgemental of poor countries and their street dogs and dog meat industry and yet if the shelters didn’t slaughter the dogs on a daily and weekly basis, the numbers of street dogs in North America would match any country, it is just more disgusting in a rich country! This nurse has a trained behavior she will train her kids as she was trained …. what does she do with patients she doesn’t like?????

  11. Gilda Provenzano says:

Lock her away on max felony charges for each life she took. What kind of nurse is she if she has no reguards for life of innocent helpless innocent animals. She should not get out of prison for a long long long time. She is a cold hearted murderer.

  14. Dr. Tammy King says:

Put her out in the desert and let the animals take care of business and make sure she’s at least a hundred or more miles from water or any human populated area . This is a special kind of poison made especially for the most evil heinous people that walk the face of our planet .

  15. A nurse!! That witch needs to be prosecuted! No human should be touched by her. She is vile, dangerous and sick!!!!

  16. Dolores Proubasta says:

Not to justify the crimes at all, but if a neighbor threatens to poison your Cats and Dog if they enter her property, isn’t it prudent for the owner of the pets to ensure they do not trespass? Keep the Cats safe indoors, walk the Dog on the leash, repair a faulty fence … whatever it takes! Angry neighbors are dangerous; people are evil. Threats must be taken seriously and the owner is partly responsible for such tragic deaths.

  17. She needs to lose her job.. Premeditated murder, jail this thing. Hope karma meddles with her food 👿

  18. Susan Rodriguez says:

This was unbelievably cruel. I can’t imagine what kind of nurse she is when she can do something like this. She must be prosecuted and given a very harsh punishment.

  19. Maria Lavorato says:

A NURSE???????… IT BOGGLES THE MIND!!!

I am so sorry little angels…..

  20. Cynthia Faulkner says:

If this so called “woman” can poison innocent animals, I feel sorry for the people she takes care of while in her nursing position. I hope she is arrested on a felony charge and fired from her job. We need less evil human beings like her in the world!
