Justice for Deer Allegedly Run Over Deliberately in Shocking Video

Target: Kate Latorre, District Attorney of Seminole County, Florida

Goal: Secure rigorous prosecution of the individual accused of intentionally harming wildlife.

In Seminole County, Florida, a deeply disturbing case emerged. A man with a known history of wildlife offenses stands accused of a heinous act. Allegedly, he ran over a deer, deliberately recording this act for an online video. This incident is not an isolated one; reportedly, he tried to hit five deer. Such cruel intentions and disrespect for life are alarming. This man’s actions, if proven true, represent a serious violation of both legal and ethical standards.

Authorities charged the man, Clay Kinney, with multiple counts of animal torment and torture. Details of his actions paint a grim picture. In the video, he appears to target a deer by the roadside, hitting it with his vehicle. This act was not only cruel but also illegal, as he reportedly drove on a suspended license. The community needs to stand firm against such alleged cruelty. This case isn’t just about one deer; it’s about the broader issue of respect for animal life and adherence to wildlife protection laws.

The necessity of legal action in this situation cannot be overstated. If these allegations prove accurate, they depict a blatant disregard for animal welfare. Such behavior demands a strong legal response. This petition calls for the rigorous prosecution of the accused. It’s essential for the protection of wildlife and the upholding of justice in the community.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Kate Latorre,

I write to you deeply concerned about a recent incident in your jurisdiction. A man, Clay Kinney, allegedly committed a shocking act of animal cruelty. His actions, if proven, are not only illegal but morally reprehensible. Kinney is accused of intentionally running over a deer and attempting to harm four others. He allegedly recorded this act for social media dissemination, showcasing a troubling disregard for animal life.

This case is disturbing on multiple levels. First, the alleged act of cruelty itself is abhorrent. Second, the intention behind it – creating a video for online distribution – suggests a blatant disrespect for the law and animal welfare. It’s reported that Kinney admitted to driving with a suspended license during his arrest. This adds another layer of concern regarding his respect for legal regulations. The community is watching closely, expecting justice to be served in this distressing case.

We urge you to pursue this case with the utmost seriousness. If these allegations are true, they represent a dangerous attitude towards wildlife and public safety. We ask for a rigorous prosecution, ensuring that such alleged acts of cruelty do not go unpunished. The community needs to see that justice prevails, reinforcing the value we place on the protection of all creatures and adherence to the law.

Sincerely,

  1. This man has done this before. The law allowed this man to walk away from his crimes. This is the result. This is one angry, bully. He takes videos to ensure he is known for the trauma, torture, and death he causes animals and wildlife. This is the type of person who has no respect for anyone. Yet he has no reservations about killing wildlife, animals, which are needed to help us in this climate crises. We have laws against this man’s actions … enforce them! Make the laws stronger so people like this won’t be able to walk around in society. Society has laws to keep people safe. Use the laws! If this man walks away again it is on Semonile and its officials. They need to be fired with no benefits due to not keeping the law enforced.

If..it’s always if. This freak is guilty, there’s no doubt about it. He belongs in jail for a very long time. Get him out of society now!!
