This security guard knows better than to treat any living being in this manner. Throw him to the ground and be sure he hits his head violently on a steel grate or an iron bar. It may knock some sense into him or maybe give him a disfunction he will have to live with as this dog most likely will have to learn to do. The guard’s actions were meant to be cruel and the guard needs to face the same actions as punishment. What a waste of resources when an officer does such harm to an innocent animals. People learn to disrespect the officials and security guards as they are not so secure and not even nice.
That guard needs to be fired! There is no excuse for such blatant cruelty to an innocent animal.
