Dog Set on Fire and Burned to Death Deserves Justice

Target: Ms. Helen McEntee, Minister for Justice and Equality of Ireland

Goal: Ensure a thorough investigation into the brutal act of setting a dog on fire and bring the perpetrator to justice.

A shocking and deeply disturbing incident of animal cruelty occurred in Co Mayo, Ireland, where an innocent dog was set on fire. The North West Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Ballina has offered a €1,000 reward for information leading to the identification of the person responsible for this heinous act.

Cathy O’Hora, Chairperson of the North West Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, expressed her horror and extreme distress at this abhorrent incident. The dog, described as a mixed breed and small to medium in size, was subjected to unimaginable pain and suffering. The fact that no one has reported the dog as missing raises concerns about the perpetrator’s motives and the potential for future acts of cruelty.

The lack of hard evidence and the incident occurring out of sight of cameras make it crucial to initiate a comprehensive investigation. It is imperative to identify and apprehend the individual responsible for this horrific act to prevent further harm to animals and ensure justice is served. Demand action now.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Ms. Helen McEntee,

A dog was set on fire and died horrifically at the hands of an unknown perpetrator. We request you to take immediate action and ensure a thorough investigation into this case. We urge you to allocate the necessary resources and collaborate with law enforcement agencies to identify the perpetrator and bring them to justice.

The intentional setting of a dog on fire is not only a horrific act of cruelty, but also a threat to public safety and an indicator of potential violence against other living beings. It is our collective responsibility to condemn such acts and protect the rights and welfare of animals.

We demand that decisive action be taken against the individual responsible, sending a clear message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated within Irish society. By holding the perpetrator accountable, we can create a safer and more compassionate environment for both humans and animals.

Sincerely,

  1. Who ever did this you are not human, what kind of sick person you are. Karma will follow you the rest of your life because you made this fur baby suffer a horrific death … Maybe the same will happen to you. If i knew who you were i would take you deep in the woods tie you to a tree snd pour honey on you and walk away, not that this would compare to what you did to this baby but at least you would suffer

  2. Ireland has a very dangerous lunatic on the loose and they need to be found and jailed before they get a chance to do this again or to escalate to setting something like a child on fire, animal abusers are almost always people abusers too. Do not take this lightly, pursue this lowlife and make an example of them, they are making all of Ireland look like barbarians.

  3. Michelle Taylor says:

This vile, mentally deranged dog killer must have the death penalty implemented. A slow and agonizing extermination for this evil cretin is essential.

  15. Nadine Brundage says:

Sick, heartless scum like this evil bastard can be found worldwide, let’s all hope he gets the same treatment.

  16. We should have been taking this seriously cruel treatment of animals a long time ago. It just keeps getting worse! Judges and prosecutors need to be trained on how this behavior will continue even to humans later on.

  17. Shirley Lemieux says:

No righteous human being would have done this. Only someone who is pure evil could have killed a dog in this manner. I hope this evil monster is caught and is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

  18. This person needs to be in a straitjacket!!!! This is evil personified!!!!! The bewilderment and agony this Angel had to suffer. Human depravity and rage are a global disease and the animals are suffering beyond comprehension. As a global society more “humans” should be incredibly concerned and compassionate, but humans are regressing at an incredible rate. Life is treated as a joke and mocked, yet for the slightest inconvenience so many cry Mercy, yet show not a shred of mercy for any other living being. Yes, many should wake up and be concerned and fight for the rights and protection of all animals!!!!

  19. CAROL PEARCE says:

This scumbag needs to be found and burnt at the stake. What next for him????

  20. Deborah Denaro says:

WHY ON EARTH WOULD SOMEONE DO SOMETHING SO HORRENDOUS????? This person is not human but purely evil. The poor dog could not have sone something so terrible to deserve such a fate. Perpetrator needs to receive the same treatment.
